Golf information

The town of Estepona nestles in between the mountains and the sea, and the coastal highway runs all the way from Malaga to Gibraltar. It is easy to jump in the car and pop along to any of the many well known towns up and down the coast, such as Puerto Banus or Marbella.

The apartment is in an exclusive new gated complex, situated in La Resina Estate, which about 4k outside of Estepona. It is on the New Golden Mile, just a 45-minute drive from Málaga and 40 minutes from Gibraltar, and only 10 minutes from both Marbella and Puerto Banús.

There is a secure underground parking space, with a lift taking you right to the front door. The apartment has air conditioning to keep the temperature cool in summer or to warm it up in the cool winter evenings.

The development has two good sized swimming pools and another childrens pool and each of the pools are surrounded with lawns and set in tropical gardens. The backdrop of the complex is the magnificent Selwo Nature reserve, with the African Savannah brought to Spain.
