The accommodation

The large living area has been tastefully furnished, and opens out on to the balcony. The dining table comfortably seats six people, there are 2 sofas, one of which folds to a double bed. A flat screen TV, DVD and IPOD station are all there for your entertainment.

The apartment has magnificent beige tiled flooring and the bathrooms are finished off in marble, with luxurious underfloor heating. With 110sq metres of indoor space, you have room to relax in comfort.

Air conditioning is provided to keep the temperature cool in summer or to warm it up in the cool winter evenings.

There is a secure underground parking space, with a lift taking you right to your front door.

The Terrace

The 35 square meter terrace has a large table to seat 6, and a parasol if you wish to sit in the shade to enjoy the views. The sun comes on to the terrace from early morning and in the summer you can still sunbathe on the sunloungers provided, until 7pm. There is also a covered area to sit if you prefer to sit out of the sun. A BBQ is provided and there is pleanty of room if you like to dine al fresco.

Master Bedroom (with ensuite bath and shower)

This double bedroom opens out on to the terrace. The bedroom has a separate dressing room with two full length wardrobes next to an elegant ensuite bathroom.

The bathroom has a large bath and shower, toilet and bidet and his and hers wash basins. Bath and hand towels are provided. The ultimate luxury is the underfloor heating in the bathroom.

Bedroom 2

This room has two single beds and a large floor to ceiling wardrobe. Just out side the room is a small hall or dressing area which leads to the shower room, which again has luxurious unrfloor heating.

Kitchen

Fully fitted with marble counters, a full size Fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob, and all the pots and pans and equipment you would need for cooking. There is a large hatch for easy serving from the kitchen to the dining room.

However, you are on holiday so when you are not having a BBQ on the terrace or cooking, enjoy the variety of restaurants in the area.
