Golf Courses

The apartment lies in the La Resina Estate which is home to La Resina Golf and Country Club. This is a delightful 9 hole course, which is quite hilly and has lots of water (if you are not confident hitting over water there is a forward tee or a bale out area). Its not a long course but is quite challenging for your short game. Beginners are welcome, and there is a good practice area with a separate putting green.

There is another 9 hole course within the estate called Pinar Golf, it is flatter, is also fun to play and is only five minutes from the apartment. The booking office is just off the coastal road at the turn off before the one to La Resina, but you can drive right through from there to the course and on to La Resina.

Famous golf courses in the area include Valderrama, the world famous Ryder Cup course, San Roque, the EPGA championship course, and Sotogrande, all well known for attracting some of the world's top rated golfers and celebrities, with prices to match.

Estepona golf is the local 18 hole course and has the reputation of being the friendliest course in the costa del Sol. It is a privately owned pay and play course and frequently has some very good discounts on offer for two or more playing.
